Led by Daniella Cavenagh, PhD, this course will present an evidence-based framework for treating clients who experience suicidality, with the goal of decreasing the risk of future suicidal acts.
In this workshop, you will learn how to conceptualize suicidal thinking and behavior from a CBT perspective, assess suicide risk, and apply CBT techniques specific to treating suicide.
This workshop is a good fit for health and mental health practitioners at the master’s level or above who treat clients with suicidal thinking.
This one-day workshop includes 6 CE/CME credits and 3 hours of ethics credits.
